Insurance can be confusing, but together we will help figure it out.  Here at Performance Chiropractic we will help you understand what your insurance will and will not cover so there are no surprises.

It is important to remember, if you are using you health insurance - we file that on your behalf with an estimate that the insurance company provides us.  Once we receive the EOB (explanation of benefits) we will then know for certain your financial responsibility.  There are so many different plans available and they change every year - even if your card looks the same as last year - but we will work with you to help you through the maze.

Below are the insurance companies we are contracted with.  Please call the office for specifics as there are some specific plans within these companies that are closed and we are not "In-Network".
